 LAFS. 1112. SL. 2.5.

In essence, the standard implies that instructors are to implement calculated measures in regard to digital media to enhance and further student learning. (E.G., textual, graphical, audio, visual, and interactive elements). At this moment in time, considering my unique set of skills, I believe I am more than capable of implementing this standard properly and effectively. The reason is, I possess the necessary measure of expertise and wherewithal with modern technology to properly implement the standard within the realm of digital media, and I understand the vital importance of implementing creativity to reach the minds of today's students.

In the CPALMS Educator's Tool Kit, the resource I would most readily take advantage of is the English Language Development Module - Module IV (Assessing Your Knowledge Through ESOL Games). Simply put, it's a creative, fun way to implement methods of professional development for English language learners. It allows first-time learners of this language to progress at their own pace towards proficiency within the language while enjoying themselves and having fun at the same time. It adds interest and overall intrigue to the learning experience.

Proficiency as an internet searcher for a teacher must be of the highest importance for an educator/teacher. To be able to access and discover necessary information on a digital platform with remarkable efficiency, apt quickness, and accuracy is an extremely valuable tool. The convenience that skill creates eliminates potential time that could be wasted while searching for answers or perhaps while conducting research. Not just for the teacher, but also it's a skill that can be passed down to the students as well. To be honest, out of all of the internet searching skills that we've practiced and introduced this week, I believe all of those skills will be incredibly beneficial and resourceful to have at my disposal.
